I was pleasantly surprised by the hidden gems of this hotel. The breakfast was delightful, catering to all tastes, and the staff radiated genuine kindness. We were even offered help retrieving a lost item! Just be mindful of the small room sizes, especially the tiny bathrooms. they can be a squeeze for larger guests.

well located but service could improve

During my stay, I faced a significant issue at check-in. Despite having a reservation for three rooms, I was given keys to a room that was occupied by another guest. This caused a major inconvenience and I felt frustrated while trying to sort it out with the staff, who seemed confused about the situation. Although they did finally provide me with a different room, it was on the fifth floor without elevator access, which was exhausting after a long day of sightseeing.

The Classic Double Room was compact but comfy. It had a nice vibe, and the bed was super cozy. I really loved how quiet it was on the fifth floor—nice for a restful night's sleep. Bathroom setup was a bit snug, which was slightly inconvenient after a long day. A kettle and soft towels were a nice touch too.

The staff were attentive, assisting with taxi bookings and luggage storage, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options including pastries and fresh coffee.

We loved the location! Super close to metro lines and tons of restaurants nearby. The room was cozy, and the staff was really sweet. I had my bday celebrated with macaroons waiting for me—such a nice touch! Only thing was the lift only goes to the 4th floor, kinda annoying with heavy bags, but no biggie.
